on what grounds it is written that now Bisalpur dam proides waterfor Bhilwara?please explain as presently Bhilwara is facing water crisis 7 drikig water is supplied for an hour after a period of 96 hrs. if it gets Bisalpur dam water through pipe supply then it ca acheive many folddeelopmet.
