29 जनवरी का उप चुनाव क्षेत्र में सार्वजनिक अवकाश

भारत निर्वाचन आयोग की अधिसूचना के अनुसार राजस्थान के लोकसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र 8-अलवर, 13-अजमेर एवं विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र 183-माण्डलगढ  में उप चुनाव के दौरान 29 जनवरी, 2018, सोमवार को सार्वजनिक अवकाश रहेगा। 
मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री अश्विनी भगत ने बताया कि 29 जनवरी, को उप चुनाव क्षेत्र के संबंधित निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के कार्यालयों में परक्राम्य लिखित अधिनियम एन आई एक्ट 1881 के अन्र्तगत सार्वजनिक अवकाश रहेगा।  

BJP announces candidates for Ajmer, and Alwar bypolls

BJP today announced the names of candidates for Ajmer and Alwar Lok sabha bypoll. Ramswaroop Lamba, son of former Union minister Sanwar Lal Jat, from Ajmer and Jaswant Singh Yadav, a minister in the Rajasthan government from Alwar will be BJP Candidates. The bypolls will be held on January 29, following the death of two BJP parliamentarians -- Sanwar Lal Jat from Ajmer and Mahant Chandnath from Alwar seat -- last year.  Meanwhile, Shakti Singh Hada will be BJP candidate for the assembly bypolls in Mandalgarh constituency of Rajasthan.
Bypolls to the Lok Sabha constituencies of Alwar and Ajmer as well as Mandalgarh assembly seat of Rajasthan will be held on January 29, 2018. The counting will take place on February 1. Dates for Ajmer, Alwar bypolls announced

Election Commission on Thursday announced by-elections to the Lok Sabha constituencies of Alwar and Ajmer as well as Mandalgarh assembly seat of Rajasthan on January 29, 2018. The counting will take place on February 1. The last date of filing nominations is January 10 and date for scrutiny is January 11. The last date of withdrawing candidature is January 15.
Bharatiya Janata Party's Alwar Member of Parliament Mahant Chand Nath had passed away on September 17 after a prolonged illness. Earlier, BJP's Ajmer MP Sanwar Lal Jat had collapsed in the MLAs and MPs meeting with BJP chief Amit Shah in Jaipur on July 22. Jat breathed his last at AIIMS, Delhi, on August 9. In the same month, BJP's Mandalgarh legislator Kirti Kumari passed away on August 28 in Jaipur while being treated for influenza A (H1N1) or swine flu.

Falahari Baba arrested in Alwar, Rajasthan

Rajasthan Police today arrested self-styled godman Kaushalendra Prapannacharya 'Falahari' Maharaj from Alwar on charges of raping a 21-year-old woman. Rahul Prakash, Superintendent of Police Alwar, confirmed the news. The baba has been arrested under Section 376 (rape) and section 506 (criminal intimidation). Prakash said that baba was taken to a government hospital for a medical check up and he was found fit and healthy. He was then presented before a magistrate from where he was sent to judicial custody till October 6.
The young woman from Chhattisgarh alleged she had been raped by the 70-year-old godman at his ashram in Alwar in Rajasthan on 7 August. Her family has been the Baba's follower for over 15 years and claimed to have given large donations to the godman. Facing sexual assault accusations, the Baba got himself admitted in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a private hospital in Alwar on Wednesday under police security. On Friday, doctors at the hospital found him fit and he was shifted to a private ward. The Baba has followers both in India and abroad.

Pehlu Khan’s kin want case transferred out of Rajasthan

A day after the Rajasthan Police cleared six people whom mob-lynching victim Pehlu Khan had named as accused in his dying declaration, the family of the deceased has demanded that the case be transferred outside the State. Addressing a press conference at Congress leader Digvijaya Singh's house in Delhi on Friday, Khan’s elder son Irshad said his family was facing threats at the local court in Behror, Rajasthan. Meanwhile, activists including those from the PUCL (People's Union for Civil Liberties) have been demanding the arrest of the six named by Khan in his dying declaration, insisting that they were the main conspirators.
In April, Pehlu Khan was brutally beaten up by a mob of cow vigilantes in Rajasthan's Alwar district. Before dying in hospital he had named six people as being responsible. Khan and four others were injured when a mob attacked nearly 15 persons hailing from Haryana, while transporting cows in vehicles on the Behror highway in Alwar district. As many as 16 people were allegedly transporting 36 bovine animals illegally in six pick up vans.

Delhi-Alwar rapid rail project to enable Delhi-Alwar travel in just 104 minutes

Delhi-Rewari-Alwar Regional Rapid Transport System project was today discussed with the stakeholders ahead of submission of Detailed Project Report for the approval of competent authorities. Making a presentation on the salient features of this important rail based RRTS project, Shri V.K.Singh, Managing Director of National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) informed that the 180.50 km long project is estimated to cost Rs.37,539 cr. He further said that there will be 19 stations on the proposed alignment with the first 56 km involving 9 stations from ISBT Kashmeri Gate in Delhi to Cyber City in Haryana being underground and the remaining stretch of 124.50 km with 10 stations being elevated.
Shri V.K.Singh further informed that NCRTC is targeting approval for the Detailed Project Report (DPR) by the Board in the next two months and approval of  Delhi, Hayrana and Rajasthan Governments in another three months thereafter so that project work on the ground could be started within one year. With design speed of 180 kmph, operating speed of 160 kmph and average speed of 105 kmph, journey between Delhi and Alwar could be completed in just 104 minutes, Shri Singh stated. Frequency of services would be every five to ten minutes depending the time of the day. With 6 car combination to begin with , each train could carry 1,154 passengers. There will be no land acquisition issues since the entire corridor is underground and elevated.
Shri  Durga Shanker Mishra, Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Urban Development said that RRTS is a comfortable, safe and fast mode of travel and Delhi-Alwar RRTS would trigger economic development in the region including employment generation. He suggested to NCRTC to consider adding some more station on the 180.50 long stretch. He complimented NCRTC for ensuring convergence of Delhi-Alwar, Delhi-Meerut and Delhi-Panipat RRTS corridors at Sarai Kalekhan in Delhi thereby facilitating a seamless travel across three States.

Income Tax notice to Tea seller who gives Rs 1 crore as dowry

Leela Ram Gujjar, a tea stall owner from Bhiwandi in Alwar district, Rajasthan, was served with an Income Tax notice after video of him allegedly distributing Rs 1 crore for dowry on account of his daughters' wedding circulated on social media. The wedding ceremony took place on April 5. As per reports, Leela Ram Gujjar married six of his daughters; four of them were allegedly underage (below 18 years). Indian laws prohibit marriage of any girl under the age of 18 and giving or receiving dowry is punishable and attracts at least 5 years of jail term for the same. Leela Ram Gujjar was asked to appear at the I-T office in Jaipur to explain how he managed to gather such a huge amount. Gujjar is absconding after I-T sent him the notice and could not be found by the police.



Rajasthan cabinet reshuffle: Vasundhara Raje inducts 6 new ministers

Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje today inducted 8 new ministers in her government today in her second cabinet expansion after October 2014. Five Parliamentary Secretaries were also appointed separately. The development came on the eve of the Raje government completing 3 years in power. BJP MLAs Srichand Kriplani (Nimbahera) and Jaswant Singh Yadav (Behror) were inducted as Cabinet rank ministers while Banshidhar (Khandela), Dalit face Kamsa Meghwal (Bhoplagarh), Dhan Singh Rawat (Banswara) and Sushil Katara were inducted as State Ministers.   State Ministers Ajay Singh and Baboo Lal Verma were also elevated to Cabinet rank while Jeetmal Khant and Arjun Lal Garg were dropped. The Governor administered oath to the 8 ministers (6 new and 2 elevated) at a ceremony in Raj Bhawan. The council of ministers, apart from the chief minister, now has 29 members with 17 Cabinet and 12 State Ministers. Shatrughan Gautam (Kekri), Kailash Verma (Bagru), Narendra Nagar (Khanpur), Omprakash (Mahwa), and Bhima Bhai (Kushalgarh) were appointed as Parliamentary Secretaries. 

डॉ. भारत सिंह राज ऋषि भर्तृहरी मत्स्य विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति नियुक्त

राज्यपाल एवं कुलाधिपति श्री कल्याण सिंह ने राज ऋषि भर्तृहरी मत्स्य विश्वविद्यालय, अलवर में डॉ. भारत सिंह को कुलपति नियुक्त किया है। कुलाधिपति द्वारा जारी आदेशों के अनुसार डॉ. सिंह की तीन वर्ष या 70 वर्ष की आयु, जो भी पहले हो, तक कुलपति पद पर नियुक्ति की गई है।

Bhiwadi Airport Project gets Government clearance

Government of India has granted site clearance to Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Limited (DMICDC) for setting up of a Greenfield Airport for public use near Bhiwadi, District Alwar, Rajasthan on 18.11.2015. The timeline for construction and the budget of airport projects depends upon various factors such as land acquisition, availability of mandatory clearances, financial closure, etc. by the individual operator for which the details are submitted to Ministry of Civil Aviation during the 'in-principle' approval stage. This information was given by Minster of State for Civil Aviation, Dr Mahesh Sharma in a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha today.

मुख्यमंत्री ने नीमराना में हैवल्स वाटर हीटर प्लान्ट का उद्घाटन किया

मुख्यमंत्री श्रीमती वसुन्धरा राजे ने  शनिवार को नीमराना में हैवल्स के नए वाटर हीटर प्लान्ट का उद्घाटन किया । उन्होंने कहा कि क्वालिटी वाली नौकरी हासिल करने के लिए हमें क्वालिटी युक्त सर्विस देने की आवश्यकता है, इसके लिए हमारे युवाओं को विजन के साथ उच्च तकनीकी दक्षता हासिल करनी होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे हमारे प्रतिभाशाली बच्चों पर भरोसा है और वो इस दिशा में कामयाब होकर विश्व में अपनी एक अलग पहचान बनायेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने उद्यमियों का आह्वाहन किया कि वे यहां की युवा पीढ़ी को प्रशिक्षण देकर टेलेन्ट पूल तैयार करें ताकि हमारे युवाओं को उनकी क्षमता एवं सोच के अनुरूप रोजगार मिलने के साथ आपको भी आसानी से प्रशिक्षित श्रम शक्ति उपलब्ध हो सके। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा श्रम सुधार के क्षेत्र में लिए गए रचनात्मक निर्णयों से रोजगार के अवसरों में वृद्धि हुई है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह खुशी की बात है कि हैवल्स के 55 प्रतिशत उत्पाद राजस्थान में तैयार होते हैं। उन्होंने इस कम्पनी द्वारा सामाजिक सरोकार के क्षेत्र में उठाए गए कदमों की सराहना करते हुए 656 स्कूलों में मिड-डे-मील वितरण और इन स्कूलों में अगले दो वर्षों में बायो-डिग्रेडेबल शौचालय बनाने की पहल का स्वागत किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने इससे पहले हैवल्स वाटर हीटर प्लान्ट का उद्घाटन कर प्लान्ट का अवलोकन किया। उन्होंने प्लांट परिसर में वृक्षारोपण भी किया। प्रारम्भ में हैवल्स कम्पनी के सीएमडी श्री अनिल राय गुप्ता ने मुख्यमंत्री का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि हैवल्स का नीमराना प्लान्ट पूर्णतः आॅटोमेटिक है और इसमें विश्व की उच्चतम तकनीक उपयोग में ली गई है। समारोह में खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति मंत्री श्री हेम सिंह भड़ाना, जिले के विधायक, जनप्रतिनिधि एवं वरिष्ठ पुलिस एवं प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के साथ प्रमुख उद्यमी मौजूद थे।

Rajasthan Panchayat Election 2015 Schedule, Dates, Candidates

Rajasthan Gram Panchayat Election 2015 for all 33 District of Rajasthan will be held in Three Phases in January 2015 as per schedule declared by State Election Commission, Rajastha on 24th December. The polling will be held in three phases and the first phase is on 16th January 2015, 2nd Phase on 22nd January 2015 and 3rd phase on 30th January 2015. Counting of votes will be held on February 5 at district headquarters. The total 33 Zila Pramukh and as many deputy Zila Pramukh, 295 Pradhan and as many deputy Pradhan, 1013 Zila Parishad members, 6258 Panchayat Samiti members, 9872 Sarpanch and as many deputy Sarpanch and 10,9469 Panch will be elected. Elections for the post of Zila Pramukh and Pradhan will be on February 7, whereas, deputy Zila Pramukh and deputy Pradhan will be elected on February 8. Lubhaya said the state government, through an ordinance, has fixed minimum qualification as a condition for candidates and the candidates will have to submit certificate of his education qualification along with the nomination. As per the amendment in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, a candidate contesting the Zila Parishad or Panchayat Samiti polls should have the minimum qualification of secondary education (Class 10). To contest the Sarpanch elections, a candidate (general category) should be Class VIII pass.

Vasundhara Raje expands cabinet, 14 new ministers inducted

Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje on Monday inducted 14 members into her council of ministers, raising the size of her ministry to 26. Of the 14 new ministers, four were given cabinet rank, six were sworn in as Minister of State with Independent charge, and four others as Minister of State. The ministers were administered oath of office and secrecy by Governor Kalyan Singh at Raj Bhavan. Eight of them were already ministers in Raje's previous term during 2003-08.
Those sworn in as Cabinet Ministers are Rajpal Singh (MLA from Jhotwara), Kiran Maheshwari (Rajsamand), Surendra Goyal (Jaitaran) and Rampratap (Hanumangarh). The Ministers of State (with Independent charge) are Amra Ram (Pachpadra), Krishnendra Kaur (Nadbai), Vasudev Devnani (Ajmer North), Rajkumar Rinwa, Surendra Pal Singh (Karanpur) and Anita Bhadel (Ajmer South) while Minister of State are Pushpendra Singh (Bali), Baboo Lal Verma (Keshoraipatan), Arjunlal, Otaram Dewasi (Sirohi). The portfolios will be announced later.

First List for Admission in Rajasthan Colleges 2014-15 for BA, B.Sc, B.Com & other courses declared

Department of College Education (DCE), Government of Rajasthan www.dceapp.rajasthan.gov.in/ has declared the First Provisional Admission List for various colleges for which DCE, Rajasthan started ONLINE admission process for the 2014-15 session for BA, BSC, BCom and other Undergraduate post. 
Now candidates have to deposit Fee on or before 4th July 2014 to conform their admission in respective colleges. The new admission process covers Most of Government Colleges with a list of 110 Colleges from all districts of rajasthan. Students seeking admission in Undergraduate (UG) Courses like BA, B.Sc, B.Com and other courses offered by various colleges. Students must secure seat first list by 4th July 2014 as per circular issued on official website of Department of College Education (DCE) www.dceapp.rajasthan.gov.in. Department of College Education (DCE), Government of Rajasthan www.dceapp.rajasthan.gov.in/ has started its admission process for the 2014-15 session with the opening of online applications. The new system give relief from long queues at both admission and information kiosks in their city. The new admission process covers Most of Government Colleges with a list of 110 Colleges from all districts of rajasthan. Students seeking admission in Undergraduate (UG) Courses like BA, B.Sc, B.Com and other courses offered by various colleges. 
Students can fill the online admission forms from 2nd June 2014 to 19st June 2014, 5:00 PM. While date Of Declaration Of I Provisional Admission List is 21st June 2014 and date Of Declaration Of II Provisional Admission List is 27th June 2014 as per official website of Department of College Education (DCE) www.dceapp.rajasthan.gov.in

STEP2: Check whether college is in list of college which offers admission Online consider you want to take admission in Government College Ajmer (GCA), which is available in the List of Colleges.
STEP3: Now visit Website Link Click For Online Admission Form for admission
STEP4: Click on the name of government college applying for from List or you can even you can search colleges district-wise for admission.

STEP6: Fill the form with Photos, details of certificates and 12th marks details including roll numbers.

Rajasthan BSP names 6 candidates for Lok Sabha election 2014

Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) on Friday released a list of six candidates for Lok Sabha Election 2014 in Rajasthan. Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) is planning to contest all 25 seats in Rajasthan for Lok Sabha Polls 2014. BSP has fielded Mahendra Singh Jatav from Bharatpur, Gangaram Bairwa from Dholpur, Bhanwar Lal Meghwal has been fielded from Bikaner, Sohan Lal Naik from Sriganganagar, Rishi Pal Gurjar from Jaipur-rural, and Gopa Ram Meghwal from Jodhpur constituency. BSP had earlier announced candidature of Fazal Hussain, son of former congress minister late Tayab Hussain from Alwar, and Sukh Deo Shekhawat from Churu parliamentary seat. Candidates for remaining seats would be announced soon in coming days.
