निर्दलीय विधायक राजकुमार शर्मा का त्यागपत्र अस्वीकार

राजस्थान में डाक्टरों की हड़ताल के कारण कई लोगों की मौत के विरोध में निर्दलीय विधायक राजकुमार शर्मा ने 1 जनवरी 2018 को विधायकी से इस्तीफा दे दिया। राजकुमार ने इस्तीफा विधानसभा अध्यक्ष कैलाश मेघवाल को सौंपा। राजकुमार शर्मा ने कहा कि डॉक्टरों की हड़ताल समय से खत्म करा पाने में सरकार नाकाम रही है। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री कालीचरण सराफ को अपना इस्तीफा देना चाहिए था या फिर सरकार को उन्हें बर्खास्त करना चाहिए था। दोनों में से कुछ भी नहीं किया गया। ऐसे में मैं पूरे प्रकरण से आहत होकर विधानसभा की सदस्यता से त्याग पत्र दे रहा हूं। शर्मा ने आरोप लगाया की डॉक्टरों की हड़ताल को भड़काने का काम सरकार ने ही किया। इसके कारण सैकडों लोगों की जान गई। जो हड़ताल शुरू में ही खत्म हो जाती उसे 12 दिन चलाया गया। मंत्री ने डॉक्टर्स के जानबूझ कर तबादले किए गए जिससे डाक्टर भड़के। हुआ भी कुछ ऐसा, जिसके कारण मरीजों की जानें चली गईं। राज्य के लिए यह बेहद दुर्भाग्य है कि प्रदेश सरकार जनता के प्रति संवेदनशील नहीं है।

विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्री कैलाश मेघवाल ने 2 जनवरी को नवलगढ़ विधानसभा क्षेत्र के निर्दलीय विधायक डॉ. राजकुमार शर्मा के राजस्थान विधानसभा की सदस्यता से दिये गए त्यागपत्र को अस्वीकार कर दिया है। विधानसभा सचिव श्री पृथ्वी राज ने बताया कि डॉ. शर्मा ने सोमवार को विधानसभा अध्यक्ष को अपना त्यागपत्र सौंपा था जिसे अस्वीकार कर दिया गया है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने CRPF जवान राजेन्द्र नैण की शहादत पर संवेदना जताई

मुख्यमंत्री श्रीमती वसुन्धरा राजे ने जम्मू कश्मीर के पुलवामा में रविवार तड़के हुए आतंकवादी हमले में चूरू जिले के गौरीसर निवासी सीआरपीएफ जवान राजेन्द्र नैण एवं अन्य जवानों की शहादत पर संवेदना व्यक्त की है। 

श्रीमती राजे ने अपने संवेदना संदेश में कहा कि सीआरपीएफ के इन जवानों की शहादत से पूरे देश का सिर गर्व से ऊंचा हुआ है। उन्होंने कहा कि देश के लिए अपनी जान की कुरबानी देने वाले इन सीआरपीफ जवानों की शहादत व्यर्थ नहीं जायेगी ।मुख्यमंत्री ने ईश्वर से दिवंगत जवानों की आत्मा की शांति तथा शोक संतप्त परिजनों को यह आघात सहन करने की शक्ति प्रदान करने की प्रार्थना की है ।

CBI to probe Anandpal encounter case

Centre Government has given its nod for a CBI probe into the alleged encounter of gangster Anandpal in July, sources said. The Centre has reportedly informed the Home Department that the case is being handed over to the CBI. With the Centre’s nod for a CBI probe, the state government has breathed easy. The BJP state government had requested a CBI probe via a letter sent on July 24. However, the CBI rejected the request on November 15, citing lack of evidence in the case for initiating a probe. 

The state government again wrote to the central government on December 17 pleading that discontent among Rajputs was growing as their primary demand for a CBI investigation has not been accepted. The government warned in a letter that not ordering a CBI probe could worsen the law and order situation in the state. Anandpal Singh was killed in a police encounter in Malasar village of Churu district on June 24. His family members questioned the credibility of the encounter and claimed he was killed even though he wanted to surrender. The police officials in their defence said that he was asked to surrender several times, but he had opened fire on policemen.

Farmers call off 13-day long protest, Rajasthan Govt announces Rs 20,000 Crore loan waiver

Farmers have called off their 13-day long protest in Rajasthan after the agreement with the state government Wednesday late night.  Along with this, three day long ChakkaJaam has also been withdrawn by the farmers. Rajasthan government has announced a farm loan waiver of Rs 20,000 crore. The state will waive all farmer loans over Rs 50,000. After study of other states by a high level committee. The committee will submit its report within a month after consultation with all stakeholders. After the announcement, farmers called off protests in Sikar, which were on for 13 days.

The goverment has also been agreed on the farmer's other demands, including electricity at subsidized rates and ensuring the safety of animal traders. On Thursday, after three days, traffic has started on many routes including Sikar and Jhunjhunu. “We regret the inconvenience caused to people due to the stir and asked farmers to end the sit in,” said Communist Party of India (Marxist) MLA Amraram, who was among those representing the farmers.

राजस्थान के अन्य शहरों में फैला सीकर किसान आंदोलन

राजस्थान के सीकर में हजारों किसानों ने विभिन्न मांगों को लेकर निकाली किसान राजस्थान के शेखावाटी क्षेत्र में विगत कुछ दिनों से शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से आंदोलन कर रहे हैं। अखिल भारतीय किसान सभा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष अमराराम के नेतृत्व में चल रहे महापड़ाव की गूंज अब राजस्थान के दूसरे जिलों में सुनाई देनी लगी है। वहां के किसान और किसान संगठन भी किसानों की इन मांगों के पूरे नहीं होने पर गुस्से में है। वे आंदोलन को समर्थन दे रहे हैं। कुछ महीने पहले भी सरकार की ओर से बढ़ाई बिजली दरों को लेकर भी पूरे प्रदेश में इसी तरह के किसान आंदोलन चले थे। तब सरकार ने घबराकर किसानों की बिजली दरें वापस ली। अब फिर से वैसा ही आंदोलन फिर से शुरु हुआ है। सीकर से शुरू हुआ यह आंदोलन अब धीरे धीरे राजस्थान के 14 ज़िलों में फैल गया है। सीकर में रोज़ सभाएं हो रही हैं, रात को सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम भी हो रहा है। दस सितंबर को ज़िले के प्रभारी मंत्री से सीकर सक्रिट हाउट में बातचीत हुई मगर असफल रही।  उसके बाद किसानों ने चक्का जाम का फैसला किया। 

भारतीय किसान संघ के नेतृत्व में हो रहे  किसान आंदोलन की अगुवाई पूर्व विधायक अमराराम और पेमाराम कर रहे हैं। निर्दलिय विधायक हनुमान बेनीवाल एवं राजपा नेता किरोड़ी लाल मीणा ने भी आंदोलन को समर्थन दिया है। श्रीगंगानगर में आंदोलन कर रहे किसानों को सोमवार को सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता योगेन्द्र यादव ने संबोधित किया,उन्होंने स्वामीनाथन आयोग की रिपोर्ट लागू करने की मांग करते हुए कहा कि इस देश में किसानों के साथ अन्याय हो रहा है । बीकानेर,चूरू,झुंझुनूं जिलों में भी भारतीय किसान संघ के नेतृत्व में किसानों ने महापड़ाव डाल रखा है । इस आंदोलन की सबसे खास बात यह है कि बीजेपी के समर्थक माने जाने वाले छोटे व्यापारियों का भी समर्थन किसानों को मिल रहा है। प्रदर्शनकारी किसानों का कहना है कि उन्हें 3 रुपए किलो प्याज खरीदकर बाजार में ग्राहकों को 30 रुपए किलो में बेचा जा रहा है।  उन्हें इस वजह से फसल की सही कीमत नहीं मिल रही है। फसल की सही कीमत नहीं मिलने की वजह से किसान बैंकों और स्थानीय साहूकारों से लिए गए कर्ज को लौटाने में असमर्थ हैं। 

किसानों की यह भी मांग है कि मोदी सरकार स्वामीनाथन समिति की सिफारिशों को लागू करे, जिसमें यह कहा गया था कि किसानों को फसल उत्पादन की लागत पर 50 फीसदी का लाभ मिलना चाहिए और हाल के दिनों में जो पशु बिक्री के लिए कानून बनाए गए हैं उनमें संसोधन किया जाए। पीएम मोदी ने 2014 के लोकसभा चुनावों में इस समिति की सिफारिशों को लागू करने का वादा भी किया था। किसानों की भारी भीड़ को देखते हुए भारी संख्या में पुलिस बल की तैनीती हुई है। चुनावी साल में राजस्थान में रोजगार एवं सरकारी नौकरी के मुद्दे पर विरोध झेल रही वसुंधरा सरकार के लिए किसान एक नई परीक्षा है।

अजीत सिंह शेखावत बने राजस्थान के नए पुलिस महानिदेशक (DGP)

अजीत सिंह शेखावत 31 जुलाई को राजस्थान के नए पुलिस महानिदेशक (DGP) बने हैं। इस पद के लिए ये सरकार की पहली पसंद थे। हालांकि, इसी नवंबर को रिटायर हो रहे हैं। सोमवार को मनोज भट्ट रिटायर हुए तो शाम तक सरकार ने प्रदेश की पुलिस को नया मुखिया दे दिया।  नए डीजीपी के लिए डीजी जेल अजीत सिंह, सुधीर प्रताप सिंह, ओपी गल्होत्रा के नाम चर्चा में थे। डीजीपी जेल अजीत सिंह शेखावत इससे पहले डीजी जेल थे। अजीत सिंह 1982 बैच के हैं अधिकारी हैं। इससे पहले कहा जा रहा था कि राजपूत कम्युनिटी में भाजपा को लेकर नाराजगी है, उस नाराजगी को दूर करने और राजनीतिक लाभ के लिए अजीत सिंह शेखावत को मौका दिया जा सकता है औऱ अब उन्हें डीजीपी बना दिया गया।

वर्तमान महानिदेशक पुलिस श्री मनोज भट्ट भी 31 जुलाई को सेवानिवृत्त हुए, इस अवसर पर पुलिस मुख्यालय में आयोजित भव्य समारोह में परम्परागत रस्म अदा करते हुए पुलिस अधिकारियों एवं जवानों ने उनकी कार को रस्सों से खींचकर भावभीनी विदाई दी।  पुलिस महानिदेशक ने अपने विदाई समारोह में उपस्थित पुलिस अधिकारियों एवं कार्मिकों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि राजस्थान पुलिस पर देश प्रदेश की आंतरिक सुरक्षा की महत्वपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी है। मुझे गर्व है कि पुलिस महानिदेशक के पद पर रहते हुए मैंने अपने दायित्वों को पूरी जिम्मेदारी के साथ निभाने का प्रयास किया।  उन्होंने अपनी 36 साल की सेवाकाल के अनुभव साझा करते हुए बताया कि पुलिस विभाग के सभी अधिकारियों ने मेरे साथ हमेशा दोस्ताना एवं सहयोगात्मक व्यवहार निभाया है,इसके लिये मै उनका हद्य से आभारी हूॅं। उन्होंने राजस्थान पुलिस के इतिहास और परम्परा को गौरवशाली बताया।

कमांडो सोहन सिंह स्वस्थ होकर जयपुर लौटे

गैंगस्टर आनंदपाल को गोली मारने वाले जाबांज कमांडो सोहन सिंह हालत में सुधार होने के बाद आज शाम जयपुर लौट आए है। सोहन सिंह का गुडगांव के मेदांता हॉस्पिटल में इलाज चल रहा था, जहां उनकी तबीयत में सुधार आने के बाद आज उन्हें जयपुर के फोर्टिस अस्पताल में शिफ्ट किया गया है। करीब 14 दिनों तक एसएमएस अस्पताल में भर्ती रहने के दौरान सोहन सिंह के सेप्टिसिमिया और फेंफडों में इंफेक्शन फैलने से तबीयत गंभीर बिगड़ गई। तब सोहन सिंह को एयर एंबुलेंस की मदद से गुड़गांव स्थित मेदांता अस्पताल भेजा गया था।

गौरतलब है कि 24 जून को चुरू जिले के मालासर में एक घर की छत से जब गैंगस्टर आनंदपाल एके 47 राईफल से जब गोलियां बरसा रहा था, तब राजस्थान पुलिस की इमरजेंसी रिस्पॉन्स टीम के कमांडो सोहन सिंह ने बहादुरी दिखाई।इस एनकाउंटर में शामिल पुलिस अफसरों का कहना है कि अगर सोहनसिंह आनंदपाल को गोली दागने में कुछ सेकंड की चूक करता तो एनकाउंटर टीम के कई अफसर और कमांडो गैंगस्टर की गोलियों का शिकार हो सकते थे।  उन्होंने अपनी एक गोली से आनंदपाल को ढेर कर दिया था। इसके अलावा पुलिस टीम की भी जान बचाई।

Rajasthan Government Allows CBI Probe into Anandpal & Surendra Singh’s Death, Twenty-five days since Anandpal Singh’s death in a police crossfire. Surendra Singh, the victim of Sanvarad violence, was a guard at Bhagatpura’s Shree Cement plant in Pali district. The only son of his parents, Surendra had gone to attend Anandpal Singh’s funeral on April 24, on the appeal of Rajput leaders. He became a victim of vicious caste politics.

As per the agreement, government will refer two cases - Anandpal's death on June 24 and death of Surendra Singh in a firing at Sanvarad on July 12 to CBI. State government will also provide compensation, as per norms, to deceased and injured during protests. "Two FIRs have been registered, one in Ratangarh and other one in Sanvarad. Both cases will be recommended to CBI and they will decide on further course of action" said home minister Gulabchand Kataria.

कमांडो सोहन सिंह को इलाज के मेदान्ता हाॅस्पिटल भेजा

कुख्यात अपराधी आनंदपाल के एनकाउंटर के दौरान गम्भीर रूप से घायल हुए कमांडो सोहन सिंह को मुख्यमंत्री राजे की पहल पर बेहतर इलाज के लिए शुक्रवार को जयपुर से एयर एम्बुलेंस द्वारा गुड़गांव के मेदांता हाॅस्पिटल भेजा गया। चिकित्सकों की सलाह पर सोहन सिंह को तत्काल बेहतर उपचार के लिए गुरूग्राम भेजने का निर्णय लिया। इसके बाद श्री सोहन सिंह को एयर एम्बुलेंस से मेदान्ता हाॅस्पिटल के लिए रवाना किया गया। एयर एम्बुलेंस में सवाई मानसिंह अस्पताल के चिकित्सक डाॅ. धनंजय अग्रवाल भी साथ गए हैं, जो यहां भी कमाण्डो श्री सोहन सिंह का लगातार उपचार कर रहे थे। 

पुलिस आयुक्त श्री संजय अग्रवाल ने बताया कि श्री सोहन सिंह एनकाउंटर में गम्भीर घायल हो गए थे। उनके फेफड़ों में संक्रमण हो गया था। सवाई मानसिंह अस्पताल में उनकी सर्जरी सहित अन्य उपचार किया गया। आगे के उपचार के लिए उन्हें गुरूग्राम के मेदांता अस्पताल भेजा गया है। उनका मेडिकल रिकाॅर्ड पहले ही मेदांता अस्पताल भेज दिया गया है, जिसके अनुसार वहां उपचार की पूरी तैयारी कर ली गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार के इस निर्णय से पूरी राजस्थान पुलिस का हौसला बढ़ा है।

Rajasthan cabinet reshuffle: Vasundhara Raje inducts 6 new ministers

Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje today inducted 8 new ministers in her government today in her second cabinet expansion after October 2014. Five Parliamentary Secretaries were also appointed separately. The development came on the eve of the Raje government completing 3 years in power. BJP MLAs Srichand Kriplani (Nimbahera) and Jaswant Singh Yadav (Behror) were inducted as Cabinet rank ministers while Banshidhar (Khandela), Dalit face Kamsa Meghwal (Bhoplagarh), Dhan Singh Rawat (Banswara) and Sushil Katara were inducted as State Ministers.   State Ministers Ajay Singh and Baboo Lal Verma were also elevated to Cabinet rank while Jeetmal Khant and Arjun Lal Garg were dropped. The Governor administered oath to the 8 ministers (6 new and 2 elevated) at a ceremony in Raj Bhawan. The council of ministers, apart from the chief minister, now has 29 members with 17 Cabinet and 12 State Ministers. Shatrughan Gautam (Kekri), Kailash Verma (Bagru), Narendra Nagar (Khanpur), Omprakash (Mahwa), and Bhima Bhai (Kushalgarh) were appointed as Parliamentary Secretaries.

हनुमान बेनीवाल ने पिछले महीने ही खरनाल में तेजाजी महाराज के दर्शन कर किसान हुंकार महारैली का प्रचार शुरू किया था और समस्त राजस्थान से किसानों को हुंकार रैली में पहुँचने का निमंत्रण भेजा था।  नागौर के के कॉलेज मैदान में हुए इस आयोजन मे प्रदेश के विभिन्न जिलों से किसान पहुंचे। खींवसर विधायक हनुमान बेनीवाल ने दावा किया है कि ये रैली प्रदेश की सबसे बड़ी रैली है, जिसमें लाखों की तादाद में लोग पहुंचे हैं।  रैली का मकसद किसानों से जुड़े विभिन्न 36 मुद्दे हैं, जिनमें किसानो की प्रदेश में मुफ्त बिजली, सभी प्रकार के किसानों के ऋण माफ करने, बाड़मेर में ही रिफाइनरी, राजस्थान मेटोलफ्री करने की मांग की जाएगी।

Devendra Jhajharia wins gold at Paralympics

Javelin thrower Devendra Jhajharia became the first Indian to clinch two gold medals at the Paralympics after he broke his own world record to clinch the top honours at the Rio Games. Devendra, who won his previous gold in the 2004 Athens Games, bettered his own world record to finish on top in the men’s F46 event. Devendra, whose previous best was 62.15 metres (achieved in the 2004 Games), improved the mark with an attempt of 63.97 metres at the Olympic Stadium (Engenhao). India now have two gold, one silver and one bronze in the ongoing edition of the Games.

The 35-year-old who is now employed by the Sports Authority of India as coach hails from a remote village in Churu district of Rajasthan. Now 2-time gold medallist lost his left arm when he was nine in an electric shock. He was awarded the Arjuna award in 2004 and the Padma Shri in 2012, becoming the first Paralympian to receive the honour. He last participated in the Paralympics 12 years ago. The F46 event did not feature in the 2008 and the 2012 editions.

Kamal Morarka file nomination for Rajya Sabha from Rajasthan

Former Union minister and businessman Kamal Morarka filed his nomination for the biennial Rajya Sabha elections from Rajasthan as an independent candidate supported by Opposition Congress, NPP and independent MLAs. Congress MLAs Ghanshyam, Girraj Singh, BSP MLAs Manoj Kumar, Pooranmal Saini, NPP's Navin Pilania, Kirori Lal, Golma Devi and Geeta Verma, Independent legislators Anju Devi Dhanka and Hanuman Beniwal were the proposers, returning officer Pritvi Raj said.  Before filing the nomination, Morarka held a meeting with the Opposition leader Rameshwar Dudi at the latter's residence. 

The BJP, which was earlier confident of its victory on all the four seats, is confronted with the hard task of preventing cross-voting from its camp. It is a known fact that Mr. Morarka has several close friends in the ruling party. The BJP, which has 160 members in the Assembly, needs 164 votes to win all four seats, while Mr. Morarka needs 41 first priority votes. Even as Parliamentary Affairs Minister Rajendra Rathore ruled out the possibility of any cross-voting, political observers here believe that it would be a challenge for the BJP to control dissidents in the party. Hanuman Beniwal attacked by group of assailants in Jaipur

Jat leader and MLA from Khinvsar Hanuman Beniwal was attacked allegedly by some unidentified assailants when he was going to Nagaur from jaipur.  "I was in my vehicle with driver and two others. The vehicle was stranded in traffic jam due to a procession of Rajput community. After few minutes, a mob of 30-40 youths attacked my vehicle with sticks," the MLA from Khinwsar Assembly constituency in Nagaur told PTI. Windowpanes of his SUV were broken in the incident which took place near Jobner-Kalwar road. "Probably, they were the part of the procession and attacked me at the behest of some ministers," he alleged. The MLA said the attackers surrounded and damaged his vehicle.

Former BJP MLA, Hanuman Beniwal was suspended few year back for making sharp attack against Raje and and Minister Rajendra Rathore. Hanuman Beniwal also made an attack on Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and said that if he had been bold, he would have ordered an impartial inquiry into the corruption cases against Vasundhara Raje. Suresh Prabhu Inaugurates Gauge Conversion Project of Loharu-Sikar Railway Line in Rajasthan by Flagging off New Train Services Namely Rewari-Sikar Passenger (Daily) Train and Delhi Sarai Rohilla-Sikar Express (Bi-weekly) Flagged off. The Gauge conversion of 122 Km. Loharu-Sikar Railway Line has been completed at a cost of about Rs. 260 crores. Indian Railways has taken yet another step forward in meeting the long pending demands of the people by providing connectivity from Delhi to Sikar by introducing a new train service viz. 14811/14812 Delhi Sarai Rohilla-Sikar Express (Bi-weekly) after completion of gauge conversion of Loharu-Sikar section. Also, an additional passenger train viz. 59727/59728, 59729/59730 Rewari-Sikar Passenger (Daily) is being introduced. Both trains were flagged off by the Minister of Railways Shri Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu through remote control by organizing video conferencing between Rail Bhawan, (New Delhi) and Sikar, (Rajasthan). Besides Railway Minister, Chairman Railway Board, Sh. A.K.Mital and Member Engineering, Railway Board, Sh. V.K.Gupta and other Board Members were present at New Delhi end. While Shri Ajay Singh Kilak, Minister of State (Independent Charge) Cooperative deptt., Govt. of Rajasthan, Smt.Santosh Ahlawat, MP, Jhunjunu, Shri Sumedhanand Saraswati ,MP, Sikar were among those present at the Sikar end. 

Speaking on the occasion, Railway Minister shri Suresh Prabhu said that Gauge Conversion of this 122 km. Railway Line was sanctioned in 2008-09. It has been completed at a cost of about Rs. 260 crores. The project which was languishing due to shortage of funds, got a new lease of life with enhanced outlay in 2014-15, resulting in its commissioning for goods trains in June, 2015. He said that with the introduction of direct Train from Sikar to Delhi Sarai Rohilla, the districts of Sikar and Jhunjhunu Districts of Shekhawati region of Rajasthan have come nearer to the National Capital. The new train between Rewari and Sikar will also connect the people of Rewari and Bhiwani Districts of Haryana with those of Sikar and Jhunjhunu Districts of Rajasthan. The Railway Minister pointed out that sufficient funds have been provided in 2015-16 for the balance portion of this project i.e. Jaipur-Ringas-Churu so as to complete it by March, 2017. He said that development of rail infrastructure in Rajasthan is a priority for Indian Railways, as this State is strategically located between ports of Gujarat and Northern India. Towards this, an outlay of about Rs. 2450 crores has been provided in the current financial year for network expansion in Rajasthan, as compared to about Rs. 700 crores provided in 2014-15. It is necessary to develop Railway Connectivity in Rajasthan so that full potential of Rajasthan could be realized. 

Railway Minister stated that western DFC is also coming off quite fast. This corridor is bound to change the landscape of industrially backward region of Rajasthan. Completion of Western DFC corridor in 2019 will open new avenues of development for this State. Shri Suresh Prabhu said that Railway Ministry is committed to improve Railway connectivity in all the states. The Railway Minister informed that Indian Railways is already in the process of forming Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) with 17 states for more systematic and focused development of Railway Infrastructure and respective States. Shri Suresh Prabhu said that central Government and State Governments should together work for completing Railway Projects.

Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) 2015 Online applications are invited from eligible candidates of Rajasthan domicile including the wards of Kashmiri Migrants for the registration in Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process(REAP)-2015 for admission to first year of undergraduate programmes leading to Bachelor’s degree in different disciplines of Engineering (B.Tech. / B.E.) in various Govt. aided and Private unaided technical institutions of Rajasthan (except BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and other Deemed & Private Universities) for the session 2015-2016.
Qualification: The minimum academic qualification for admission to B.Tech./B.E. program in Rajasthan is a pass with atleast 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to “SC/ST/ Non Creamy Layer OBC/ Non Creamy Layer SBC” of Rajasthan state) in the subjects combination as given below taken together, in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) of Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or any other examination recognized equivalent thereto by Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan/ Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Subject combination required in the qualifying examination for admission to B.Tech. / B.E course shall be as under: Course Compulsory Subjects Any one of the Optional Subjects B.Tech. / B.E. Physics & Mathematics (1) Chemistry (2) Bio technology (3) Computer Science (4) Biology Only those candidates shall be eligible who have passed in each subject of above combination and fulfills the minimum
academic qualification as mentioned above.
Age Limit: Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1990 are eligible. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Person with Disability (PwD) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PwD candidates who were born on or after October 01, 1985 are eligible. Date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education mark sheet / certificate only will be taken as authentic.
Admission Process : Two separate merit Lists will be prepared viz. first based on JEE (Mains)-2015 score (Merit-1) and secondly based on XII percentile basis (Merit-2). After declaration of REAP-2015 merit, the candidates desirous to take admission in first year of degree engineering courses will have to fill online option form. The detailed direction / guidelines and schedule regarding filling of option form will be issued by the Coordinator, REAP-2015 later on. The candidate will be allowed to exercise his/her option for allotment of seat from any one of the two merit lists i.e. either on the basis of JEE Mains score (Merit-1) or Percentile of 10+2 examination (Merit-2).
