Jaipur IPL Matches may shift to Ahmedabad, Gujrat

After defeat in RCA Election and blaming Congress government, IPL Chairmen may shift all matches to Ahmedabad where Gujrat Cricket Association is eagerly waiting to organize IPL Match. GCA know that IPL matches will provide high revenue as people in Ahmedabad are die hard fan of cricket after watching the success story of ICL Matches last year.
Lalit Modi also knows that Jaipur is no more his ground when Sanjay Dixit will be RCA President. While GCA want to employ this cat fight. GCA, led by Congress leader Narhari Amin, has spread the red carpet for the Royals. Although Modi said after the loss that all Royals matches would still be held in Jaipur, Amin and others have not lost hope.
The last year revenue will also work as catalyst as IPL didn’t get expected revenue from Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur. Rajasthan Royals had originally planned to hold at least two matches in Ahmedabad given that it has maximum players from Gujarat and also has a large fan following here. The whole incident will definitely affect the future matches in Rajasthan.
