Rajasthan Pre Medical Test (RPMT) 2009

About RMPT: Rajasthan Pre Medical Test (RPMT) is an examination conducted by Rajasthan state Government every year for admission in various medical courses. RPMT is entrance test for M.B.B.S./B.D.S./B.V.Sc. & A.H courses in state.

Eligibility:
The criteria through which candidate can appear in the Entrance test is:
* The candidate should have passed his 10+2 exam with biology as one of the subjects.
* Should have done his 10+2 from Rajasthan.
* The candidate must be of 17 years.
* Candidates currently in 12th standard are also eligible.
* Residence of Rajasthan

Important Dates
Issue of the Notification about the Entrance test : First week of March.
Sale of Application forms : 1st week of March
Last date for submission of the Application form : End of March
Date of Examination : 24 May 2009
Declaration of Result : Mid of June
Date of Counseling : Mid of July

Examination Pattern:
The entrance test will be consisting of Four sections - Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Each section will be having 100 Questions each of 1 mark each, so making total to 300. Negative marking pattern would be followed in this examination.
