Shree Cement to invest 3.5 Billion Rs in Rajasthan

Rajasthan based Major Cement maker company Shree Cement is planning to set up a clinker unit at Pali district in Rajasthan with an investment of 3.50 billion rupees as per media sources. The clinker is expected to start production by November-December 2010, Shree Cement Managing Director H M Bangur told Reuters. "It will be near our existing unit in Pali district of Rajasthan," he said. By the end of the financial year (FY11) our capacity is expected to be around 13 million tonnes, at present capacity 10 million tonnes," he added.
