Rajasthan High Court issued in lawyers strike

Rajasthan High Court has issued notices to the State government, District Collector, Jaipur, president, High Court Bar Association, president, the Bar Association, president, The District Bar Association, president, All Rajasthan Advocate Sangarsh Samiti, president, High Court, Advocate Sangarsh Samiti and Bar Council of Rajasthan and India. A division bench comprising Justices N K Jain and P S Asopa has passed this order today on a Public Interest Litigation filed against the judicial boycott continuing since last 25 days. High court issued notices to all nine respondents and asked to submit their reply in this matter within a week.
A division bench comprising justices N K Jain and P S Asopa have heard this matter on September 13, 17 and 20 and then on September 21, the court has issued notices to all respondents and asked them to submit their reply within a week. Advocate Mathur told the court that this strike has already been declared as illegal by the Apex Court. It has been given out in the petition that the indefinite strike call of the various advocate associations has made the justice delivery system of the state paralysed for more 26 days causing huge loss to the poor litigants.
