Now Book your Complain to PHED at Toll free no 8094800888 in Jaipur from 12 October 2010. PHED will launch its toll free call centre on October 12 enabling people to register complaints via phone and through SMSes. The centralized call centre will work between 8 am and 8 pm and the complainants can send requests through emails. All complaints related to water supply can be sent to the centre. However, the details of complaints like leakage, illegal boosters and connections, supply with low pressure etc will be sent to the executive engineers concerned who will look into the matter within a time frame.
