Rajasthan CM launches HBC Channel in Jaipur

A new News channel--HBC was launched here today. Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot launched formally the channel by switching on the operation at the channel's office in Jagatpura here. Channel's CMD Satish Katta briefed the Chief Minister over various features and aspects of news collection, editing, transmission and relay technicalities. Tourism Minister Bina Kak, sitting MP Mahesh Joshi, HBC Director Sunita Shekhawat, Advisor Veer Saxena and News Editor Pratap Rao were present.
Speaking on the occasion Mr Gehlot said the media was expected to work impartially to bring froth the truth. He said both print and the electronic media persons were required to uphold truth and reliability of the news.
