Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Moti Lal Vora, Rajasthan Assembly Speaker Deependra Singh Shekhawat and Thinker Ram Puniyani will address the two-day convention of Sampradayikta Virodhi Committee here from April 2. Around 225 delegates from different places, representing secular parties and outfits, including Congress, CPI, CPI(M), Samajwadi Party and Janta Dal(S) would participate in the two-day meet, Committee State Secretary Dushyant Oza said here today. ''The meet is being organised to strengthen communal harmony, isolate communal forces/outfits and bring together like minded secular groups and people accross the party lines'', Mr Oza told reporters.
While the meet would be inaugurated by Speaker Mr Shekhawat on April 2, Chief Minister Mr Gehlot, senior Congress Leader Mr Vora and other dignitaries would address the concluding session the next day. The Speaker would preside over the concluding session, Mr Oza said.
