President on 3 days Rajasthan visit

President Pratibha Devisingh Patil arrived jaipur yesterday evening on a 3-day visit to Rajasthan. A warm welcome was accorded to the President on her arrival at the Sanganer Airport here around 1945 hrs this evening. Governor Shivraj Patil and a number of dignitaries were present at the airport to receive Ms Patil. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot was accompanying the President from the capital. From the airport, Ms Patil drove to the Rajbhawan where she would have night halt. Tomorrow she is scheduled to go Ajmer to pay obeisance at the dargah of Sufi Saint Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chisti and participate in a programme at the Mayo College. On Tuesday the president would visit to Sikar and Jhunjhunu districts.
