Another MML company Tulip Global under Police radar

Rajasthan seems to be safe heaven for MLM Companies and Scams. Police registered case against one more MLM company One more company Tulip Global Pvt Ltd. Jaipur based Tulip Global reportedly has duped over 30 lakhs investors on promise of providing high returns. The police have registered a case against the director of the company and its agents. The police said the investors tried to contact the officials of the company, located at third floor, Jaipur Tower on MI Road on Saturday last, but the office was locked. As per one of leading news paper of India, Dainik Bhasar report, The investors said they had approached the office on Monday to claim the payment against a medi claim policy, but officials asked them to come on Saturday. When they visited again on Saturday, they found the office shut. A complaint has been filed by Daulat Singh and Salab Verma against director PC Jain and its agents, police said. This is not the first case of MLM(Multi Level Marketing) company which comes in news in possible fraud case. Earlier police registered the fraud cases against MLM Companies like Starnet, RCM Business, Gold Sukh, Preeya Pariwar and dozen of other MLM companies. Govt and Police must work hard so that hard earn money should not be wasted by poor people of villages, small town who are not aware of complexity of promises and regulations of these kind of companies.

    Ye sale 3 Baniye, ek DUKAN khol kar baith jate h MLM Company ke nam par Gaon ke logon ko LOOTANE ke liye.... They must be put behind bars.. Whey the hell each time a rural man is crushed by some Motherf**** to make money. God is counting, on the name of false so called "DREAM", you are eating a man's money rs. 3500, which could have been used to educate his child, or eat food for 3 month....SHAME ON SUCH PEOPLE.

      show me one MLM company in which within a span of 07 years more than 190 people s lifes have been changed. From a common person he/she has become rich. No other MLM has got that capability of producing millioniers. Only TULIP can do it and has proved its capability in 07 years. People who have critised this company without knowing the facts of this company should be put behind bars.

    Mere khayal se.mlm co me koi invest nahi karta hai. Agar wo product based co ho to. Agar aap kuch business karenge to income hogi. Invest karke network nahi chalta. Har jagah aache bure log hote hai. So dont blame to all. Thanks.

    I know every thing is rong but power in the Company because every poor person can earn some thing this type company should open Govt. 99% people is get money and i start only 10 days before second stage got and i earn 2500/- sarkar if you open this office i can rich man coming 2 years but govt. can make me righ man 24 Lacks Govt. can give nothing naver only Govt. should under and start Tulip type company again I proudof Tulip Global pvt. Ltd.

    only one Company of the India this is very good company if this company run only India every poor person can earn much this India again make Gold bird any person want ask question please ask me Jain Sahab thanks if your company running two three year i can pruchase House Minimum 2000000/- last 12 years only Job nothing earn money but if Tulip Global running than i can purchase every thing

    It is not for the first time that a company that sells its products or services using an MLM framework has got involved into a controversy – Amway, QuestNet, Japan Life and many more have courted controversy and legal proceedings in the past. Given the way regulatory framework operate for these businesses, such controversies would keep cropping up unless the regulatory framework changes from being reactive to being pro-active.
