Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot today slammed anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare for "his bid to dictate Parliament" and suspected role of foreign forces behind the Gandhian activist's ongoing campaign. Speaking at a programme at the Congress headquarters here on the eve of third anniversary of installation of his government in the state, Mr Gehlot said, "Many forces/groups are operating in Anna Hazare's movement and even some foreign force could also be working on it". He said Anna wanted to dictate Parliament and wanted Parliament to act at his whims. The Chief Minister also took a dig on the working and attitude of the Team Anna and said, Anna and his team are in habit of making whimsical and baseless statements and such people could do no good to the nation".
Expressing satisfaction over the performance and achievements during his three-year regime, Mr Gehlot said his government was committed for good governance. He said the government had implemented most of the commitments and promise made by the ruling Congress in its manifesto.
