Rajasthan parliamentary secretary Rajendra Singh Bidhuri resigned from his post on Tuesday to pressurise the government to meet the Gujjars' demand for 5% quota in jobs and educational institutes in Rajasthan as per promises made by Government. Despite resigning from his post, he has decided not to quit congress
party. He said he will continue to work for the party. He called Gurjar leader Colonel Kirori Singh Bhainsla an agent who brokers a deal with government for personal gains and befool Gurjars. “I have resigned from the post and forwarded the resignation to CM last night. Our deity Devnarayan blessed me in dream and asked me to expose all those who have misled the community on reservation issue,” Bhiduri said. Bidhuri is Congress MLA from Chittorgarh's Begun constituency.
