Shilpa Singh Miss Universe India 2012: Shilpa Singh is an Indian model from Samastipur, Bihar. She is a beauty queen and the 1st runner-up of I Am She - Miss Universe India 2012. She will represent India at the Miss Universe 2012 pageant to be held in the month of December at Las Vegas. Shilpa has completed her B. Tech. in Computer Science from Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management & Engineering, NMIMS university of SVKM, Mumbai. She is currently working for Infosys Technologies.
