Manu Pubby is Young defence correspondent in English daily Indian Express who exposed the Rs. 3,546-Crore Augusta Westland chopper deal. He followed the reports which allege that technical requirements for the VIP chopper contract were tweaked by India to allow Augusta Westland to enter the bidding process. The report mentions kickbacks of Rs. 370 crores or 51 million euros given.
