BSNL to lease out Vacant staff quarters in Rajasthan

State owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) invites tenders notice for leasing out of vacant staff quarters of BSNL Rajasthan Circles to Government / PSU Employees in Jaipur, Ajmer, Udaipur, Jodhpur and all district heaquarters of Rajasthan. This step by BSNL not help BSNL to earn revenue from vacant staff quarters but also help Rajasthan State/ Central / PSU Employees who do not have home from their own employers / department. BSNL to rent / lease out total 1063 staff quarters in Rajasthan of Type I, II, III, IV, V at affordable Monthly rental starting from Rs. 1834 for 34 Sqm plinth area to 139 Sqm with three month advance rented is to be deposited with BSNL. The lease agreement is valid for 11 month only. Later, allottee will be responsible for its renewal and allottee has to inform one month in advance while vacating the quarters and provide no-dues certificate.
