Rajasthan Lok Sabha Election 2014 Dates Seat-Wise, District-Wise

Election Commission of India has announced the dates for the Lok Sabha elections 2014. The elections will begin on 7 April and end on 12 May. 16 May has been set as the counting date and the EC will complete counting on this day. With the final dates being announced, the model code of conduct has also come into being in the country from today itself. The elections will be held in 9 phases. Below are the dates and the number of constituences in Rajasthan that will go to poll on a particular day.  Rajasthan will cast vote on Phase / Poll Day No 5th and 6th on 17th April (20 Seats), 24th April 2014 (5 Seats).

Issue of Notification: 19 March 14 (Wed)
Last Date for filing Nominations: 26 March 14
Scrutiny of Nominations: 27 March 14 (Thu)
Last date for withdrawal of Candidature: 29 March 14 (Sat)
Date of Poll:17 April 14 (Thu)
Counting of Votes: 16 May 14 (Fri)

Total No of Seat going to poll: 20 Seats (Ganganagar, Bikaner, Churu, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Jaipur Rural, Jaipur, Ajmer, Nagaur, Pali, Jodhpur, Barmer, Jalore, Udaipur, Banswara, Chittorgarh, Rajsamand, Bhilwara, Kota, Jhalawar-Baran)

Rajasthan Phase-6 Lok Sabha Election Schedule:

Issue of Notification: 29th March 14

Last Date for filing Nominations: 05 April 14
Scrutiny of Nominations: 07 April 14
Last date for withdrawal of Candidature: 09 April 14
Date of Poll: 24 April 14
Counting of Votes: 16 May 14 (Fri)

Total No of Seat going to poll: 05 Seats (Alwar, Bharatpur, Karauli-Dholpur, Dausa, Tonk-Sawai Madhopur)
