Police remand of Rajasthan MLA's son extended in BMW Accident

Three people were reportedly killed in a road accident on Friday night when a BMW, allegedly belonging to Independent MLA Nand Kishore Maharia from Sikar in Fatehpur district, hit an auto in C-scheme area in Jaipur. The police have reported that the BMW that was being driven by the MLA’s son, Siddharth Maharia, hit an autorickshaw and then rammed into the PCR van, adding that under the impact of the crash, the three-wheeler flew about 200 feet away from the site. 
Rajasthan independent MLA's son Siddharth Maharia was arrested on Saturday after he rammed his BMW car into an autorickshaw and a police van killing three people in Jaipur on Friday late night. The police remand of Rajastan MLA Nandkishore Maharia's son Siddharth, who allegedy hit an autorickshaw and a police van killing three persons and leaving five others injured, was on Monday extended for three days. Siddharth was allegedly driving the BMW car at a speed of around 100 km/hr in the wee hours in C-scheme area on Saturday. The car first hit the autorickshaw and then rammed the PCR van nearby.
