Delhi after Ban on Plastic Bags Notification

Three weeks after the ban on plastic bags was notified in the Capital, Delhi seems to be making that effort to comply. While a complete turnaround is not expected in a hurry, shopkeepers say the city is evolving. Notices announcing the ban on plastic bags, firm refusals on the part of shopkeepers to hand out plastic bags and requests to customers to bring their own bags are just some of the changes visible.
