Rajput Candide for Jodhpur LS Election by Congress!!!

Jodhur Seat for LS Elections becomes more intresting after news that Congress is looking for Rajput Candidate from Jodpur against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Candidate Jaswant singh Bishnoi. BJP has repeated its sitting MP, Jaswant Singh Bishnoi, for the third consecutive term. From the Congress side, the name of Chandresh Kumari is likely to be finalized considering her position in the party and association with Jodhpur. it seems Congress is playing safe and keen on a Rajput candidate. Considering the background and her position in the party, Chandresh is a strong contender for the Congress ticket. She has already started meeting people in Jodhpur and preferred to stay in Circuit House instead of Umaid Palace, the residence of her brother, ruler Gaj Singh, to make herself easily accessible to the visitors.
She had started her political career in Himachal Pradesh. It would be her top priority to convince the voters that she is not an outsider. Supporting her candidature, a Rajput leader said she will be in a better position to represent Jodhpur. While Bishnoi belongs to Luni where parliamentary secretary from BJP government, Jogaram Patel, had lost the recent assembly election. Bishnoi is likely to be a victim of Bishnoi Patel rivalry in Luni itself. The Patels, with a strength of 30,000 votes in Luni alone, may vote against him. Even the Jat voters, who were resented with the Congress owing to Ashok Gehlot and Parasram Maderna conflict and had voted against the Congress, which resulted in the defeat of Badri Ram Jakhar, a Jat. But now, the Jats are all likely to switch their loyalty back to Congress after the elevation of Mahipal Maderna to the ministership. Bisnoi have big support at Rural region where he will definately get some benefit and if Jat gives support to Bisnoi instead of Rajput candidate in jodhpur then Bishnoi have three main caste in his support Bisnoi, Jat and Jain which may cause trouble for Congress in election. Now all game will be decided by Jat and Patel Vote Bank at Jodhpur.
