Contractor’s labor now days you can easily sea at each any every department nearby you whether it is hospital, municipality, telecom, infrastructure and even police department where people are recruited on contract basis via contractor which not only playing with social structure of nation but also promotes social difference, un satisfaction and make them more insecure about their professional life despite of qualification and work whatever they do have.
There are some advantages to normal people as contractual workers are more sincere towards their work as you can see hospital are more neat and clean by contractual labor as they work on time but that is not enough that we are getting better service we also have responsibility towards these workers whether they are getting proper pay and appreciation for their work. If you ask a sweeper at hospital that how much you get from your employer then you will be shocked that their pay is just 1500-2000 in all major cities in India. Did you ever imagine how could a man survive in 2000 Rs a month when even sugar is 38Rs/Kg. we all know who are culprits behind such condition of a labor in country all big bosses who are not satisfied with bribe so they are taking labor’s money via contractors. Each higher level officer has their own share in today’s contract based labor.
Even I am also part of this system, I know whole thing is going in wrong way but “System ko change karna hai to system main ghuskar change karo” words didn’t work here in system. My labor is getting 1800 Rs per month while Govt have allotted 4600 Rs to contract labor and contractor is getting 4600 Rs per month but where the hell is this 2800 Rs of labor. This 2800 Rs is shared by contractor and higher level authority. It is time when we have to work for labor who are working hard for us and society don’t they deserve better lifestyle.
