FIR lodged against RCA secretary Sanjay Dixit

A Private company lodged FIR against RCA secretary Sanjay Dixit under various sections for cheating of Rs. 60 Lakh. Jyoti Nagar police of jaipur have registered an FIR against RCA secretary Sanjay Dixit and a few others for allegedly cheating a private company of Rs 60 lakh. The company officials had alleged in the FIR that the RCA officers committed the fraud by assuring advertisement space for Rs 60 lakh during ODI between India and South Africa held recently in SMS Stadium despite the fact that they did not have the rights to do it. It has also been alleged that along with the advertisement fee, the RCA officers demanded a bribe of Rs 30 lakh from the company. According to police, in the FIR lodged under various sections of IPC including 420, 467 and 468, RCA secretary Sanjay Dixit, director Jayprakash Soni and executive member Sushil Kumar have been identified.
