ME course in Industrial Management and Engineering, MBM Jodhpur

M.B.M. Engineering College is one of the oldest and premier engineering institutions in the country. It was established in 1951 by the Government of Rajasthan. This college has been considered as pioneer Technical Institution of the state enjoying high reputation at the national as well as international level. The Department of Production & Industrial Engineering was established in 1990 with a bachelor degree in this discipline. Thrust areas of the department are CAD/CAM, Robotics, Industrial Automation, Quality Engineering & Management, Production Management and Advanced Manufacturing research. The Department has well equipped advanced laboratories. It currently has a number of running projects sponsored by AICTE, DST, and DRDO worth more than Rs. 50 lacs. The Department faculty members have gained expertise in different spheres of the field through active research, which has resulted in a number of international publications and Industrial Consultancies. The department also has Ph.D. programmes. The department has an agreement with Spatial Corporation of USA for promotion of R&D in CAD/CAM.
The Department of Production & Industrial Engineering is offering a full time regular ( 18 seats) Master of Engineering in Industrial Management & Engineering for engineering Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Production & Industrial Engineering. This course is of two years duration covering various topics relevant to management of modern industries such as CIM, CAD/CAM, Operations Management, Quality Engineering & Management, Marketing and Financial Management, and Advanced
Operations Research. This programme is duly approved by AICTE, New Delhi and Government of Rajasthan.
