As CEO of ICCI Bank, she may be aware of fraudulent activities of ICCI Bank at J -8 Vikaspuri, New Delhi 110018 causing huge loss to customers. The then Manager, Mr. Joga Rao, ICICI Bank Manager at Vikaspuri mislead my wife, when she told that she would invest money but withdraw after 3 yrs. He explained on a piece of paper, without mentioning that this is a Life Insurance scheme (Ref.No: R09786951). When she do not have money to pay yearly installment of Rs. 80,000/- beyond what she has invested Rs. 2,40,000/- in 2008, how can she pay seven years more? As she is already 66 years old by this April, this scheme is not for senior citizens like her. Despite my complaint to Ombudsman, RBI , the concerned ICCI Bank and Insurance officials did not care to take proper action to cancel the scheme till date and continued to play tricks with holding interest for 2 years and 7 months by 29 March 2011. By 29 March 2011, the interest becomes Rs. 65,100/- at 10.5% on Rs. 2,40,000/-. I shall be grateful, if Mrs Chanda Kochhar can kindly help in recovering the interest till date, and settle the case.
