Rajasthan Govt launches "Prashasan Gaon Ki Aur" campaign

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has asked his Ministerial colleagues, Chief Secretary and other high officials to ensure success to 50-day special campaign "Prashasan-Gaon-Ki-Aur" being undertaken throughout the state from November 10 next, for solving on-the-spot- revenue and other pending cases/grievances of the rurality. "I myself would undertake surprise visits at different camp sites to inspect functioning and performance of officials engaged on the task and directed my ministerial colleagues to undertake similar visits extensively to ensure effective handling and immediate solution to issues, matters and problems raised by rurality", Mr Gehlot told reporters here this evening.
He said he would begin with his surprise visits from day one on November 10 and would try to visit all districts during the course of 50-day campaign which would conclude on December 31. Likewise, all Ministers and high officials would also adopt the similar approach and would take on unscheduled inspections at the camps and do their best to ensure that the campaign succeeds in providing real relief and solutions to the needy and poor people, the Chief Minister said. "I have also asked Chief Secretary S Ahmad to issue directives to Collectors in all districts-during Video Conferencing on November 4, for due implementation of the government's move" Mr Gehlot said. "We want that problems/cases of poor denizens living in different villages are heard and solved on the spot and immediate relief provided to them", the Chief Minister said.
