The fifth edition of the Vibrant Gujarat Summit concluded on Thursday, registering MoUs for highest ever amount in the Vibrant summits. Chief minister Narendra Modi switched to Hindi for the valedictory speech and dedicated this event to the youth and the women of the Gujarat. Talking about the need for a 'Surajya' (good governance) after the 'Swarajya' given by Mahatma Gandhi, he said, "Mahatma Gandhi fought to give India Freedom.
