BJP leader's son rape, murder woman

A 22-year-old woman was poisoned to death after she was allegedly gang-raped by four men - the chairman of Sawai Madhopur Nagar Palika, son of a BJP leader, son of the personal assistant to the collector and a property dealer - in Sawai Madhopur district on Wednesday. Though the Sawai Madhopur police booked the accused and launched a manhunt after members of the victim's community staged a protest, no arrest has been made so far. The accused have been identified as Nagar Palika chairman Kamlesh Jolliya, BJP leader Ram Pal Jat's son Sudarshan, the son of Sawai Madhopur collector's PA Manoj Parashar and property dealer Raj Kumar Sahu.
