Kotputli SHO nabbed for accepting Rs. 50K bribe

Station House Officer(SHO) of Kotputli police station in Jaipur district was today caught red-handed by the sleuths of the Anti Corruption Bureau while accepting a bribe of Rs 50,000 for registering a case. Bureau Director General DC Jain said here the tainted officer Pradeep reportedly demanded Rs 2 lakh from a party for registering a case against those who demolished boundary wall at agricultural land owned by the complainant. He was trapped by the Bureau after verification of the complaint, Mr Jain said.
