Rajasthan Babus, Bureaucrats declare Assets. Navdeep Singh(IPS) is the richest among the bureaucrats whose assets were declared and put up on the state website, following a cabinet decision on Wednesday. The declaration of the assets of the babus comes as a move to give more transparency to the Ashok Gehlot government. The department of personnel posted available property details of the officers as on January 1, 2011 promptly on the website. However, several bureaucrats are yet to furnish their asset details. Navdeep, an IPS officer, is the husband of Param Naveep Singh, Congress MLA from Sangaria. The couple has plots and houses in several cities of the state and Himachal Pradesh.
