India crash out of T20 World cup

England knocked defending champions India out of the T20 World Cup with a three-run victory in their second-Super Eight stage match of the Twenty20 World Cup at Lord's in on Sunday. India needed 32 off the 12 balls to stay in the tournament but, despite a one-handed six by Yusuf Pathan over long-off, the task was too much and they finished on 150 for five.
The England victory silenced the large contingent of noisy Indian fans packed into Lord's and India failed to make the semi-finals after also losing their first Super Eight match against West Indies on Friday.s
The main reason for india's defeat was flop show by Rohit sharma and Raina in the absense of Virendra sehwag and later MS dhoni added some value by being not out 30 runs on 20 balls, he was even not able to hit a single six in his 20 balls innings when india needed 11 run per over. It is good for indian players so that they can do some more endorsement in free time.

Do or Die match for India today

After loosing first match with west indies in their first Super 8 match, Defending champions India will now take on hosts England on Sunday at the Lord's to remain in the race for semifinals. Whereas, in form Sri Lanka will meet Ireland in a Group F Super Eight clash of the ICC World T20 Championships on Sunday at Lord's in London.
Having lost to New Zealand, Ireland need a win badly to stay alive in the tournament, but against a rampaging Sri Lanka, it would be easier said than done. Dhoni have to rethink about this match after his star performance in last match by scoring 11 runs on 23 Balls. Dhoni may take a brave decision and sit outside the match as he is out of form from last 1 year. :) But anyway india have to win this match and they can, but main task is to beat Southafrica in next match to reach semi-final.
