Beend Banunga Ghodi Chadhunga is upcoming TV Show going to start from 28 March 2010 on NDTV Imagine. This comedy serial is based on a Marwari Family and thier son's affair. After presenting an array of successful shows with fresh, unique and path breaking concepts, this March Imagine presents its latest offering – Beendh Banunga Ghodi Chadhunga. Set in a Marwari family, Beendh Banunga Ghodi Chadhunga is a family drama that revolves around the story of two people caught up in the web of strong traditions and rituals.
Beendh Banunga Ghodi Chadhunga is story of Sarika (Jayashree) & Jai (Anuj Thakur) who both come from Marwari families but have a very different outlook to life. Sarika is a young and ambitious girl from an average family in Jaipur and Jai is the youngest & the most pampered son of a rich businessman. While Sarika’s ambition is to complete her studies and become a Doctor, Jai’s only dream is to get married and live a carefree life. Yet, when these two diverse people cross paths, destiny has its own rules set for them. Sarika, who is on the verge of fulfilling her dreams, unwittingly finds herself married to Jai. From there on begins Sarika’s struggle of managing the household and pursuing her dreams. While she has a tough time at college, at home she is repudiated by her conservative in laws for not being a good bahu. On one hand she struggles with her assignments in college, on the other she puts in great effort in discharging her responsibilities at home.
However, amidst all difficulties and obstacles, Sarika’s only solace is the support from her husband Jai. Even though Sarika considers holds Jai responsible for her situation, Jai loves her and tries his best to take care of her well being.
Beendh Banunga Ghodi Chadhunga marks the return of television superstar Nausheen Ali (of Kusum fame) on the small screen. It also has powerhouse actors like Khyati Khandke , Himani Shivpuri, Akshay Anand and a host of others in key roles.
