Narendra Modi takes oath as 15th PM of India

Narendra Modi was sworn is as 15th Prime Minister (PM) of India Today evening.  BJP President Rajnath Singh, Arun Jaitley, former BJP chiefs Nitin Gadkari and Venkaiah Naidu, Sushma Swaraj, Ravishankar Prasad and Anant Geete( Shiv Sena) are among the Cabinet Ministers and took oath at the forecourt of the Rashtrapati Bhavan. Narendra Modi led BJP to a resounding victory in the Lok Sabha Elections 2014 with BJP managing to have a majority on its own. The saffron party won a total of 282 seats while the NDA combine has a total of 336 seats in the 543 member Lok Sabha.
