दिल्ली में 27 जून को होने वाली नीति आयोग की बैठक के कारण मुख्यमंत्री श्रीमती वसुन्धरा राजे की प्रस्तावित विदेश यात्रा स्थगित हो गई है। श्रीमती राजे के नेतृत्व में राजस्थान सरकार का एक डेलिगेशन 26 जून को यूके जाने वाला था। श्रीमती राजे ने अपना यह विदेश दौरा 27 जून को नीति आयोग जैसी महत्वपूर्ण बैठक के कारण रद्द कर दिया।
AIPMT exam on 25th July 2015
CBSE announces to re-conduct AIPMT exam on 25th July in compliance of Supreme Court order to re-conduct All India Pre-Medical Exam and declaration of results by 17th August. The CBSE has announced the dates for re-conducting the AIPMT 2015 exam on 25th July. The test which initially took place on May 3, was quashed by the Supreme Court following large scale irregularities on June 15. It directed the CBSE to hold a fresh entrance test within four weeks. As the CBSE pleaded that it was not possible to re-conduct the exam within four weeks and a three months time be given, the court granted more time. However, it refused to give three months time and directed CBSE to re-conduct the Test and declare the results by August 17. Around 6.3 lakh candidates had registered for the exam at various centres across the country. A CBSE statement said that no fresh applications will be accepted for the re-test.
मुख्यमंत्री ने सैंकड़ों लोगों के साथ किया सामूहिक योग
मुख्यमंत्री श्रीमती वसुंधरा राजे ने अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर रविवार को हजारों लोगों के साथ एस.एम.एस. स्टेडियम में सामूहिक योग किया। प्रारंभ में श्रीमती राजे ने राज्य स्तरीय समारोह का दीप प्रज्जवलन कर शुभारंभ किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने पतन्जलि योगपीठ के राज्य समन्वयक श्री कुलभूषण वैरागी के निर्देशन में सभी ने ऊँ उच्चारण एवं प्रार्थना के साथ योग की शुरूआत की। इसके बाद शिथिलीकरण क्रिया, खड़े होकर किए जाने वाले, बैठकर किए जाने वाले, पेट के बल लेटकर किए जाने वाले तथा पीठ के बल लेटकर किए जाने वाले आसन किए। मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा कुशलता से किए जा रहे आसनों को देखकर श्री बैरागी ने मंच से उनका अभिनन्दन करते हुए कहा कि श्रीमती राजे योग आसनों का बहुत ही सुन्दर अभ्यास कर रही है। उनकी उपस्थिति ने पूरे स्टेडियम में वातारण को योगमय बना दिया है।
सामूहिक योग की शुरूआत में क्रिया चालन अभ्यास किया गया, जिसमें ग्रीवा चालन एवं कटि चालन शामिल थे। इसके बाद खड़े होकर किए जाने वाले आसनों में ताड़ासन, वृक्षासन, पादहस्तासन, अर्द्धचक्रासन एवं त्रिकोणासन किए गए। बैठकर किए जाने वाले आसनों में भद्रासन, वज्रासन, अर्द्ध उष्ट्रासन, शशांक आसन एवं वक्रासन के बाद पेट के बल लेटकर भूजंगासन, सलभासन एवं मकरासन किए गए। अंत में पीठ के बल लेटकर सेतू बंध, पवनमुक्तासन एवं शवासन के बाद तीन राउण्ड में तीस-तीस बार कपालभाति की क्रिया पूरी की गई। अंत में प्राणायाम में अनुलोम-विलोम, भ्रामरी प्राणायाम, षणमुखी मुद्रा एवं साम्भवी मुद्रा के साथ योग के आसनों का समापन हुआ।

Nowcast and Insurance Web-Portals launched for Farmers
Union Agriculture Minister Shri Radha Mohan Singh, today said that a number of applications which have been completed and passed through all the required checks and audits are now ready for nationwide rollout. Few of the services we launched include Insurance Portal and Weather alert service NOWCAST. The Ministers of State for Agriculture, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Balyan and Shri Mohanbhai Kalyanjibhai Kundariya were also present on the occasion. Brief about the portals are as follows: The Mission Mode Project in Agriculture under National e-Governance Plan (NeGP-A) aims to achieve rapid development of agriculture in India through the use of ICT by ensuring timely access to agriculture related information for the farmers of the country. Twelve clusters of services including Information on inputs; Soil Health; Good Agricultural Practices; Weather; Livestock, Fisheries: Marketing: Scheme Information; Training etc. have been identified and development of Web based applications on various components of these services is being undertaken before their roll out in the States with required local customization. Urgent need for an Insurance Portal enabling speedy processing farmers’ queries on Insurance and also their application for Agricultural Insurance cover has been felt in the wake of recent adverse weather conditions in some parts of the country and losses suffered by farmers due to their non-awareness about insuring their crops. As per the prevailing provisions Farmers can insure their crops under 3 schemes viz. National Agriculture Insurance Scheme (NAIS), Modified National Insurance Scheme (MNAIS) and Weather based Crop Insurance Scheme (WBCIS). Besides this, Coconut Palm Insurance Scheme (CPIS) also is applicable in some parts of the country. However, statistics of the year 2014-15 shows that only about 20% gross cropped area was insured. Major reasons behind such low coverage inter alia include ignorance among farmers about insurance products & procedures and sometimes inordinately high rates as compared to NAU. Both these factors often work in a vicious cycle to the detriment of farmers.
Therefore, a beginning was made in the year 2012 by having an insurance calculator on the farmers’ portal (www.farmer.gov.in). Unfortunately, not much headway could be made because very small time window existed in most States for data entry to be completed well in time before the cut-off date. Therefore, a new web-based Portal (www.farmer.gov.in/insurance) has been developed to enter essential information under 3 major schemes viz. NAIS, MNAIS and WBCIS in an expeditious, accurate and non-repetitive manner. An Insurance Calculator has also been provided along with graphical dashboards with drill down facility down to notified units. The farmers will be able to browse through data-base of agriculture insurance companies to get details of various insurance schemes notified in their area and premium applicable to them. Facility for online entry of various provisions of insurance schemes notified in different districts by the insurance companies and the concerned states would minimize errors and facilitate quick response to online query raised by farmers on different aspects of the scheme. Detailed procedure has also been given on the home page of the Insurance Portal www.farmer.gov.in/insurance. In the second phase an online interface for filing insurance applications and scrutiny of the same by banks is also proposed to be developed. Information on weather and agro meteorological advisories are generated and disseminated by India Meteorological Department (IMD) under the Ministry of Earth Sciences through their website and also by their 130 Agro Met Field Units (AMFUs) operating across the country. However, these advisories being generated in advance and cover a larger area, their accuracy always has a limitation due to local agro-ecological variations. To tackle this situation IMD has set up 17 Doppler Radars which feed information into Weather Stations regarding extreme weather situations like thunderstorm, squall, hail etc. 146 of these Weather Stations are regularly generating data for these extreme situations. However, these warnings relating to extreme weather situations generated by IMD are valid for a period of only 3 hours on their website. Farmers in the affected areas (which lie within a radius of 50 Kms. from each of these 146 Weather Stations) could not get this information in time because of limitations in accessing the IMD Website at farm level. Therefore, an innovative initiative has been taken by DAC in the name of NOWCAST. Under this initiative, the extreme weather data originated from IMD is being moved to mKisan portal using a web service. From mKisan Portal warnings regarding extreme weather conditions are automatically and instantaneously transmitted by SMS to farmers located in affected district/blocks. This technological break-through is a collaborative effort between mKisan Portal developed by DAC, weather technologies adopted by IMD and GIS Portal of NIC. Advance Warnings issued so far are also displayed on the Web.

मुख्यमंत्री ने दी पवित्र रमजान माह की मुबारकबाद
मुख्यमंत्री श्रीमती वसुन्धरा राजे ने पवित्र रमजान माह की शुरुआत पर प्रदेशवासियों को मुबारकबाद दी है। मुख्यमंत्री ने अपने संदेश में कहा कि रमजान का पवित्र महीना इंसान को एक नेक बंदे में तब्दील कर देता है। भूख, प्यास और अपनी ख़्वाहिशों पर नियंत्रण से रोजेदार की रुह पाक साफ हो जाती है। रहमतों और बरकतों का यह महीना पूरी इंसानियत के लिए संयम और पाकीज़गी का पैगाम लेकर आता है। श्रीमती राजे ने कहा कि यह महीना हमें गरीबों व यतीमों की मदद करने, बुराइयों से बचने और हमेशा अच्छे काम करने की प्रेरणा देता है।

Vasundhara Raje supported Lalit Modi's immigration plea in 2011: Report
In a new twist to the row over Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj helping Lalit Modi obtain British travel papers, documents released by the controversial former Indian Premier League boss show that Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje agreed to be secret witness for his immigration application. According to a three-page note released by Lalit Modi's public relations team, Ms Raje had supported Lalit Modi's application for immigration to the UK in 2011, when she was opposition leader, but on condition of strict secrecy. "This witness statement is provided on the strict understanding that its contents and the identity of its maker are treated confidentially and that it is used only for the purposes stated in it," says the document dated 18 August 2011, nearly a year after allegations of corruption surfaced against Lalit Modi in connection with the multi-billion dollar cricket league he founded.
Sushma Swaraj was earlier accused of facilitating travel document of Lalit Modi. The minister, however, clarified that she helped him on ‘humanitarian grounds’. Vasundhara Raje is yet to respond but sources close to her have highlighted the absence of any signatures to establish the authenticity of the note, which was part of a docket mailed by Lalit Modi's PR team early this morning. The Raje documents have been seized by the Congress, which alleges that top BJP leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, have helped and protected Lalit Modi.
Nurse Grade-II के 11336 पदों पर भर्ती के लिए स्वीकृति
मुख्यमंत्री श्रीमती वसुन्धरा राजे ने चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग में नर्स ग्रेड – 2 के 11 हजार 336 रिक्त पदों को भरने की स्वीकृति जारी की है। चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अनुसार नर्स ग्रेड – 2 के 4 हजार 814 पदों पर भर्ती के लिए स्वीकृति 20 मार्च को जारी कर दी गई थी। इसके बाद अब 6 हजार 445 अतिरक्त पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए स्वीकृति जारी होने के साथ ही कुल 11 हजार 336 रिक्त पदों पर नियुक्ति का रास्ता साफ हो गया है।
इन पदों पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया के पूरा होने से एक तरफ जहां राज्य के ग्रामीण व दूर-दराज इलाकों में चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के संचालन में सुधार होगा, वहीं दूसरी तरफ प्रशिक्षित नर्सिंग कर्मियों को रोजगार मिलेगा। यह प्रक्रिया शीघ्र ही पूरी कर ली जायेगी, क्योंकि नर्स ग्रेड – 2 के पदों के लिए आवेदन पहले ही लिए जा चुके हैं और उनकी जांच तथा प्रोविजिनल सूचियां भी जारी की जा चुकी है।

ISRO Complex का जोधपुर में शिलान्यास
मुख्यमंत्री ने शनिवार को जोधपुर के कुड़ी भगतासनी हाऊसिंग बोर्ड में 8.5 एकड़ में बनने वाले नए इसरो कॅाम्पलैक्स का शिलान्यास किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने कहा कि इसरो विकास के सभी आयामों से जुड़ा हुआ है और इसे अब काॅलेजों, स्कूलों व आई टी आई से जोड़ने की जरूरत अहम हो गई है। श्रीमती राजे ने कहा कि स्कूलो व कॅालेजों में इसरो को जोड़ने में जरूरत होगी तो सांसदों, विधायकों के साथ राज्य सरकार हर तरह से सहयोग करेगी। उन्होंने आई टी आई को इसरो से जोड़ने के लिए पाठ्यक्रम तैयार करने पर बल दिया ताकि उच्च तकनीक के युग में युवाओं को पूरा लाभ मिल सके। उन्होंने कहा कि इसरो एक ऐसा टूल है जिसे लोगों को परीचित करना जरूरी है। इसरो का फायदा केवल जोधपुर ही नहीं पूरे देश को मिलेगा।

17 Killed after Electricity Wire Falls on Bus in Tonk, Rajasthan
At least 17 people were killed and 20 others suffered burn injuries when a bus carrying a wedding party came in contact with a high-tension wire in Rajasthan's Tonk district on Friday, according to police. Around 50 people were travelling in the bus from Bachera to Morla village when the accident took place around 2.30pm. A team of 15 doctors from Jaipur's SMS Hospital left for the accident spot to oversee the treatment of those injured. Police and district administration officials have reached the spot, the DC said. The death toll is likely to increase, the SP Deepak Kumar said. Chief minister Vasundhara Raje, who was in Delhi on Friday, rushed a team of ministers to the spot when she learnt about the tragedy. An ex-gratia of Rs 5 lakh to the next of the kin of the deceased was announced by the electricity department.
Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has condoled the bus accident in Tonk, Rajasthan. "The bus incident at Tonk, Rajasthan is very heart-rending. My thoughts are with the families of those who lost their lives", the Prime Minister said.

Delhi Law Minister arrested in fake degree case
Delhi Law minister Jitender Singh Tomar is being questioned by the Delhi Police in Hauz Khas police station over fake degree row. Jitender Singh Tomar has been facing charges that the academic certificates he submitted while filing nomination for Delhi Assembly polls held in February 2015 were fake. Delhi Bar Council had earlier sent a report to the city police, saying that prima facie it has been proved that the Aam Aadmi Party leader is guilty in the fake certificate case. AAP leader Sanjay Singh in a tweet alleged that the minister was in fact arrested and that too without a prior notice.
AAP leader Sanjay Singh questioned the feigned urgency of the arrest while the matter is still sub judice. "Tomar has been arrested without any notice or prior information. What is the BJP government doing? Singh asked. "His case is under the court's jurisdiction and the university has also filed a reply in the court stating his degrees are fine," he added. Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said, “Is he a terrorist, has he set off a bomb in Delhi to be arrested?” Senior Lawyer KTS Tulsi expressed shock at the manner in which the issue was handled. He said to reporters, “this incident is entirely unjustified. I don’t know whether the speaker was apprised of the arrest or not. The High Court, as per the documents submitted to it, had observed the degree as not to a fake one but genuine... this is simply unprecedented! It creates a constitutional crisis... Delhi Police ‘s case is an exceptional one, it’s under central government which doesn’t want to devolve the authority to the State government lest its powers are not abused, where does it leave our federal structure?” “The High Court had seized the matter under its jurisdiction. What was the hurry? Was he fleeing to a foreign country? To use the law to humiliate a person is just sad”, he added.
