1. The eligibility of the officers must be ensured with respect to prerequisites before nominating them.

2. Hereafter no 'B' Circular will be issued. In case of LSC(Limited Seat Courses),the Training Centre will confirm the nominations. For other courses, all the nominations can be treated as Confirmed.

3. The officers nominated for a course may be advised to go through the Training Website to check their nominations status before booking their journey tickets.
4. Officers may be requested to bring their copy relieving order/nomination letter for identification .
5. In exceptional circumstances, if any course is cancelled or postponed after the issue of `A` Circular, information will be displayed on the Training Website.
6. It has been noticed that some trainees get ill during the training and they required to be hospitalized. In such cases, details of MRS card is required to be furnished to the Hospital. Hence Trainees are requested to bring a photocopy of the MRS Card alongwith them.
