A Delhi court on Saturday issued summons to a former RAW officer, accused of disclosing classified information in his book on the working of the intelligence agency, and its publisher following a chargesheet against them by CBI.
The CBI had in its chargesheet accused Major General (retired) V K Singh, former Joint Secretary of Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), of revealing certain "secret informations" in violation of the Official Secrets Act in his book, which had also alleged corruption in the agency.
