Twenty four people were killed and around 30 injured in sandstorm in several parts of the state in the last 48 hours. According to the disaster management department, dust storms and thunderstorms claimed six lives in Ajmer district and four in Udaipur. Three deaths each were also reported from Bhilwara and Jodhpur districts and one from Jaipur district. Major effect of this storm was in Ajmer, Bhilwara and Udaipur district where many trees and home get damaged by sand storm on 15 June evening. Wind speed was around 100-120 KM/H.
