Five People injured in clash during marriage in Alwar

Four to five people sustained mild injuries in a clash between members of a marriage party and group of different community following dispute over marraige procession of a Dalit groom in Basna village of Alwar district last night. According to police, people of a higher caste were against the marriage procession with Dalit groom riding a horse. The ensuing duel turn violent with both the sides clashing with batons and pelting stones. The police immediately intervened and prevented the situation from taking ugly turn.
