Rajasthan BJP MLA in Rajneeti's pirated CD case

Rajasthan BJP's MLA are now days in fresh row of Rajneeti film's pirated CD case. A local court will hear tomorrow a complaint lodged against BJP whip Rajendra Singh Rathore and two others for arranging a pirated film CD for his party MLAs at a hotel here. In the complaint filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate (Jaipur district), under the Indian Copyright Act and the Information Technology Act, complainant Yogendra alleged that Mr Rathore, the hotel owner and the manager yesterday arranged for a pirated CD of Bollywood film 'Rajneeti' for the MLAs, who were staying there since Monday night. "Hence, they are guilty of violation of above two Acts," the complainant stated. The BJP MLAs, in large numbers, are staying in the hotel, ahead of the Rajya Sabha polling scheduled for tomorrow.
