Bhiwadi to emerge as next Indian Metro City in Rajasthan

Rajasthan's Industrial capital Bhiwadi to emerge as next Metro City in regional plan for the next decade year 2021 of National Capital Region(NCR). This plan is to develop Bhiwadi, Tapukara and Khushkhera complex in Alwar district for industrial development which may bring bhiwadi as Rajasthan's Noida or Gurgaon like UP and Haryana have. The Bhiwadi complex will emerge as the Noida of Rajasthan with the master plan ensuring almost similar land use as was done when developing Noida as the satellite city of the national capital. The new master plan for Bhiwadi, that was announced for 2021, also lays stress on the development of Tapukara and Khushkhera located 70 km from Delhi. The state government, while announcing the plan, has taken 99 villages spread over 250 sq km area.
"The state government is committed for a phased development of the Bhiwadi complex which would be called Bhiwadi-Tapukara Khushkhera –BTK complex. In the next two decades, Bhiwadi would be like Greater Noida with judicious use of land for industrial and other development and it would become a nerve centre under the NCR region. The master plan provides for large industrial area and connecting it with the national highway No. 8," said UDH principal secretary G S Sandhu. In all there would be 128 housing sectors with mixed land use and all the sectors will have schools, dispensaries commercial complexes, parks, stadium and community centres.

  1. Such progress only due to its location on near by delhi to jaipur road. apart from this in complete rajasthan there is no development and no progress.

  11. Bhiwadi : Golden Hub for thives. They snatch mobiles from people if they use to talk in streets. If they oppose, they will murder him from knife. If u are alone going even in day time they will robber u. Take all things even upto jackets, watches and shoes. They ran away to Dharuhera. All are having commision to police. So its useless to complain police. Police will say they ran away to nearby Dharuhera only 2 km. That is a case of haryana. So its a fucking place. Never come here.

  12. There is a need to give proper publicity to Bhiwadi. There is also a need to send demands for Bhiwadi to the authorities and political leaderships. All at their individual capacity should post comments and write to companies for investments in Bhiwadi. What is required for Bhiwadi?? 1. Metro railway connection - Write to NCR board, GOR etc. 2. Proper connecting Roads. 3. Schools - Pl write to groups with chain of schools like DPS, RYAN, Amity etc. 4. Need of Medical colleges and Engineering colleges. 5. Need of health care- Write to groups like Ranbaxy, Apollo etc to start hospitals and clinics. 6. Vocational training - Write to companies providing training like Jetking, Aptech, Singer etc to start training centre 7.Also need to write to state authorities to widen the roads and plantation of trees. 8. Need to write to Tourism minisry to explore and develop the places of tourism interest . There are many but with no infra structure and facilities etc. 9. Policing to be improved- Illegal mining should be opposed and CCTV cameras to be deployed at imp places.
