Rajasthan MLA prefer Teaching over politics

Rajasthan MLA prefer Teaching over politics! look somewhat odd but that is true as Disillusioned over apathy of bureaucracy towards the people's problems and politicians, a sitting BJP MLA in Rajasthan is contemplating to quit his Assembly membership if he gets selected as government school teacher. MLA Sukhram, representing the Basedi assembly segment of Dholpur district, had appeared at the competitive exam conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission in Beawar yesterday for recruiting lecturers (School). "I wish to resign as MLA if I am selected for the job in the examination", Mr Ram told UNI here today.
He said that he was not happy over fast eroding influence and say of the elected people's representatives in the state and want to quit politics if selected as a teacher. Mr Ram alleged that the bureaucrats did not listen to MLAs and unwilling to work to solve the people's problems. He said that MLAs and other people's representatives were losing their importance as they were hardly in a position to get done any of the people's work." "Even intervention from the Ministers and/or Chief Minister does not work at times", he said adding that he found it better to quit as MLA and teach children to make them good citizens. Whether he had consulted his party leadership over his resolve, Mr Ram said that this would be his personal decision.
