RU Student Unions meet in Jaipur on 14th October

Rajasthan University Students Union(RUSU) is organizing a grand meet on ‘Students Unions’ of all state universities and colleges on October 14. Prabha Chaudhary, president of RUSU said, “We have invited presidents, vice-presidents, general secretaries and joint secretaries/secretaries of all state universities and colleges.” She added that this meet we will discuss the role and responsibilities of union leaders and how to overcome challenges in discharging duties. Chaudhary also talked about his achievements since she has joined said, “As promised, we have introduced WiFi on the campus.” Next on the cards are more guards at university averting untoward incidents like eveteasing. “During this student union meet we would also emphasize on suggesting different ways to increase the revenue of University of Rajasthan,” said Chaudhary.” University should introduce self financing courses and introduce long distance programme, she said.
