We paid extra for this services believing we would get exceptional service & fresh food, but that was not the case from our boarding location to Delhi
We recieved left overs or Luke warm tomato sauce, that too in a paperclip
No serviette no salt pepper nothing
Whilst others got pepper soup bowls & spoons

The next was meal for snack
    Everything stale & cold
    Again no,knife forks spoons
No tea or coffee packs fully completed
Veggie puffs were like they were, picked up from station
Barfi was so stale it was hard to bite in

    Dinner comes along all stale
Patantha served from day before cold hard to break
    Curd tastes off
Rice so stale unsure on how old it was

Breakfast eggs were so cold it was hard to digest
    Again things put on menu

We read up about service & fine dining provided yet I have had fresher & better in ac3 in different trains

We didn't get gold out table
Not did we get things basic necessity items as we should have
Each, item was cold & foil wrap shows we getting left overs from, other carriage no pantry car, provided to our cabin
