Sanwar lal Jat, Rajyavardhan Rathore take oath as Minister of State (MoS)

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today expanded his Cabinet for the first time after he assumed office on May 26. Ajmer MP, Professor Sanwar lal Jat and Jaipur rural MP Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore take oath as Minister of State (MoS) from Rajasthan.The new ministers took the oath of office at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Sunday. Prof. Sanwar Lal Jat allotted portfolio of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation while Col. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore gets Information & Broadcasting portfolio in Modi cabinet.
New 4 Cabinet Ministers: Birender Singh, Jagat Prakash Nadda, Suresh Prabhu, Manohar Parrikar.
New 3 MoS (Independent charge): Dr. Mahesh Sharma, Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Bandaru Dattatreya
New 14 MoS: Vijay Sampla, Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti, Babul Supriyo, Sanwar Lal Jat, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Jayant Sinha, Y.S. Chowdhary, Prof. Dr. Ramshankar Katheria, Y.S. Chowdhary, Hansraj Ahir, Giriraj Singh, Mohan Kundariya, Haribhai Parthibhai Chaudhary, Ram Kripal Yadav, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi sworn.
