After recent accident at DMRC Site, one more killed today at DMRC Site. One man on Wednesday morning died when a beam fell on him at a Delhi Metro construction site in Punjabi Bagh in New Delhi, the third incident in two weeks involving the modern transport system in the national capital. The incident took place at 5.45 am at Ashoka Park in Punjabi Bagh area when the labourer was hit by a girder which was being lifted.
This is the third accident in the last two weeks at metro construction sites in the national capital which raises questions over safety at such sites.
