Rajasthan on High alert after Varanasi Blast

Security was beefed up in Jaipur following the reports of blast in Varanasi. Extra police was deployed at all major religious places in the and around the city. Extra forces were deployed at the temples such as Moti Doongari Ganesh Temple, Govind Devji Temple, Hanuman Temple at Sanganeri Gate and Chandpol to manage the crowd. High alert has been sounded at the sufi shrine of Khwaja Moinuddhin Chishti at Ajmer. Traffic police too tried to man the traffic especially in the Walled City and senior police officers were continuously taking feed back on security scenario of the city till late evening. Extra force and surveillance have been deployed at all the major temples including the sensitive areas.
