Vibrant Gujarat attract 21 Lakh Crore investment in Gujarat

The fifth edition of the Vibrant Gujarat Summit concluded on Thursday, registering MoUs for highest ever amount in the Vibrant summits. Chief minister Narendra Modi switched to Hindi for the valedictory speech and dedicated this event to the youth and the women of the Gujarat. "I dedicate the success of the Rs 20.83 lakh crore of MoUs to the youth and the women in the state," he said. Talking about the need for a 'Surajya' (good governance) after the 'Swarajya' given by Mahatma Gandhi, he said, "Mahatma Gandhi fought to give India Freedom. Now, this venue, named after him, will help county in making it powerful by removing poverty." He further said that not only a rich man's son can become businessman.
"Now I also want that even a poor man's son should be able to see and fulfill his vision of being a big businessman. I want to provide all kinds of services on their door step," said Modi.
